SMOKY MAPLE GLAZED CAULIFLOWER

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 LARGE HEAD CAULIFLOWER, CUT INTO FLORETS
- 2 TBSP GHEE
- 2 TBSP AVOCADO OIL OR COCONUT OIL
- 2 SHALLOTS, MINCED
- 1/4 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 1/2 TSP HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA
- 2 TBSP 100% PURE MAPLE SYRUP
- LEMON JUICE FROM 1 LEMON
DIRECTIONS:
1. IN A LARGE CAST IRON SKILLET MELT GHEE AND AVOCADO OIL.
2. SPREAD THE FLORETS IN THE PAN STIRRING EVERY 3-4 MINUTES. CONTINUE COOKING AND STIRRING UNTIL BROWNED.
3. ADD THE SHALLOTS, RED PEPPER, AND PAPRIKA. STIRRING. ADD THE MAPLE SYRUP AND A LITTLE WATER. CONTINUE COOKING FOR ANOTHER 2 MINUTES.
4. REMOVE FROM HEAT, AND SPRINKLE WITH LEMON JUICE.
5. TRANSFER TO A BOWL AND SERVE WHILE HOT.
