Preeti Agarwal is an Indian chef born and raised in Uttar Pradesh, India. Her cooking style is simple and enticing with the use of earthy spices, fresh herbs and seasonal produce that are synonymous with India, many of her recipes are have been a part of her own family for generations. She strives to bring contemporary Indian dishes with authentic taste and new flavors via pop up dinners, fundraisers, cookery events and private occasions around Seattle area!
